Brief introduction
KS series vacuum capsule opening and powder recycling machine apply the principle of jet-flow vacuum to exchange the compressed air offered by outer air source to the high-frequency impulse vacuum, and this high-frequency impulse vacuum draw the capsules in the working chamber repeatedly in a continued period. The capsules is pulled out by the force of impulse vacuum, the powder scatters after the capsules being divided. Because the capsule is divided by flexible power of the vacuum not the mechanical power, there's no destroy to the capsule and no capsule pieces generated. There's no need to change mold, when opening capsule with different size, and no need to adjust and maintain the equipment.

Practical application
During the production process of capsules, affected by workers, machines, materials, methods and environment, more or less, there are some unqualified capsules generated. These unqualified capsules should be disposed properly, consider the cost under the control of quality, the powder should be recycled by a GMP standard method.

1. At the beginning of each batch production of the capsules, the weight of capsules is not stable when adjust the capsule filling machine, the capsule is unqualified, if the weight cannot meet the requirement of the standard, the powder of  weight unqualified capsule should be recycled.
2. During the daily production process, the capsule maybe unqualified because of the abnormal condition of the related equipment, these unqualified capsules need to be recycled.
3. During the daily production process, the capsules maybe unqualified because of the abnormal materials and unstable technic.
