Application:
 
Mini-DPL Multifunction Lab Fluid Bed integrates top spray granulation and bottom spray coating functions in one unit. It is widely used in process prescription products, research and development formulation for pharmaceutical, chemical and foodstuff industries.
 
       
Features:

1.  This equipment is one-piece construction, which integrate inlet air handling system, machine components, spraying
system, and draught fan control system in one. With small size and capacity.
2.  It works under negative-pressure sucking of fan, by ways of special designed air-flow distribution board,
to ensured the fluidized state even using a small amount of powder.
3.  This equipment is configured with top, bottom spray systems so it can process multi-functions:
drying, mixing, granulation and coating.
4.  This equipment can be operate conveniently, each parts also can be mounting and dismounting very easily.
5.  The process data are printable through PLC automatic control, and absolutely, meet the GMP requirements
for medicine production.
