            (KY-U-15) High Speed Suppository Filling and Sealing Machine

Working Principle:   

1. Forming and Filling Parts:  
 
The PVC/PE film into the forming area after preheating mold -- > forming mold-- >lowing mold -- >blow film forming.

The mould can form for 15 suppositories one time, enter the dotted line and trimming station.

With 15 filling heads, to a one-time molding suppository embedded type filling, filling accuracy is ±2%, material barrel has electric heating insulation system, the top is equipped with a uniform mixing machine in order to make drugs, drugs through the circulating pump of VAT in filling head, filling a residual drugs through the other end of the cycle to raw material barrel filling again next time. For the plunger type filling, adjustment for four fluorine motor adjustment, irrigation amount can be adjusted separately.

2. Cooling Parts:
 
Drugs into the cooling rack the whole irrigation and drainage, frozen by rack transmission. External cooling box is equipped with water chillers, cooling air through the four condenser cooling box suppository of cooling rack to cool.
The cooling temperature can be adjustable.

3. Sealing and Code Parts:
 
Cooled solid suppository into the sealing area:
preheating mould - > sealing mould - > coding mould.
Then the finished product grain number can be cut with servo motor driven. (according to customer's requirements).

1) PLC function:
through the on-line monitoring function of PLC to run breakdown and self-check alarm and show the cause of the problem simultaneously and can be convenient for operator timely troubleshooting.  
 
2)  Filling part is equipped with electrostatic eliminating system:
Note: by filling parts molding shell before if not including the equipment because of trace drug when filling in the flowing area close to the bolt shell under the action of electrostatic force along the shell wall climbing a short level which could reach the sealing parts of the bolt, thus will affect the back of the sealing quality.  
 
3)  No hang wall filling:
Equipment of high precision, good stability,
so as to achieve long running no hang wall.
 
4)  Stirring barrels of speed regulating system
Note: due to different drug matrix consistency may be fixed mixing effect cannot make drugs before filling mix that affect the drug content of the suppository.  
 
 
5)  Cooling speed regulating system:      
Note: due to the different ingredients may need different cooling rate; Low cooling speed is too slow to led to the decrease of the production efficiency of the whole machine; When the cooling rate is too high may lead to drug break due to a sudden temperature drop so cooling speed should be adjustable.
 
6) Grain number cutting system can be adjusted:  
According to customer requirements can be easily set the finished product grain number. Shear grain number according to the customer requirement. 
 
7) Flat and bubble eliminating function:  
When air pressure and the temperature is too high or low, flat bubble.
