Product Description
Application:
These machinery have many features such as: water spraying, ultrasonic washing, alternating water and compressed air flushing, blowing filling , laminar flow hot air drying and sterilizing, filling , gas flushing, sealing etc.
And last but not least, it adopts photoelectric technology, PLC and color touch LCD screen for the control system. With high degree automation, fewer operator needed to use this machine.
This machine is highly flexible, with few parts needed to be replaced.
Main applications:
This compact line has adopted the advanced technologies with having processing procedures if it used as complete lines. This line consists of 4 single machinery:
1. vertical Ultrasonic washing machine, type: QCL60(40)
2. Sterilizing and Drying Tunnel, type:KSZ920/100(A) or KSZ620/60(43)(A)
3. Linear Filling and stoppering machine, type: KGS10(8)
4. Capping machine, type: ZG300-C
Each machine can function independently, or can be jointed respectively which carried out as a compact line.
