Use:
This machine has been developed successfully on the basis of absorbing imported model
and in combination with its national conditions. It is mainly used in the development and development of new dosage forms for pharmaceutical research institutes and for the production of small dosage Chinese medicine preparations. The minimum dosage is 100g. Products meet the GMP requirements for pharmaceutical production. It can be used in medicine, food, chemical and other fields.
Charateristics:
1. The operation of the machine reproduction process is controlled by PLC and touch screen. The frequency conversion can be adjusted, and the speed of each system can be adjusted at any time. The operation is simple, the production technical parameters are intuitive, and it is easy to find and record.
2. The machine contact parts and the internal frame are made of high-quality stainless steel, meet the requirements of GMP.
3. To press wheel surface is treated by special process to improve the wear resistance and better corrosion resistance of the wheel.
4. Press wheel can control the temperature of the roller surface by cooling water,
so as to prevent the material from deteriorating and sticking during the extrusion process.
5. The whole machine is compact and easy to clean.
