  1. Reasonable and solid square steel machine frame: 20 mm thick board, fixed frame adopted with 60x60mm solid square steel, bottom frame adopted with 100mm×100mm square tube, back transmission box is broaden, convenient for repairing and maintenance
  2. 2 sets of crusher system:
  • Upright pulp frame, equipped with auto rising system by sliding motor, more convenient for loading and uploading pulp, the diameter of pulp should be ≤1400mm
  • Crusher, horizontally feeding, adopted with sawmill, can crush untreated, half treated and treated pulp, pulp width is ≤480mm , the capacity of crusher motor is 30KW+22KW, bursting strength of pulp is ≤1200kpa, can crush about 450-600kg/hour
  • Pulp feeding system adopted with frequency control, can change according to the production speed and adjust the feeding quantity automatically, also adopted with auto detecting function, will auto stop and alarm when raw material runs out or break up

3.2 sets of fluff forming system:

  • SAP spray into fluff bin and mixed together (adjust SAP with more in middle layer and less in upper and bottom layer)

  • Adopt with revolving brusher which can adjust the height, to control the thickness of fluff core
  • Fluff core forming blower capacity is ≥45KW+≥22KW, air pressure is ≥5000Pa
  • Fluff core use forming drum, Use new type transmit and big diameter and power fan to decrease power consumption and improve efficiency.   • SAP supplying uses stepless transmission. Splicing can be automatic or by manual.

4. Man- machine interface:
  • Operating screen is set in the middle of machine, with both Chinese and English version
  • Raw material missing, connector, splicing, blower, vacuum pump tripping can be shown with letters on screen
  • Waste product output position, quantity and related parameters can be adjusted on screen
  • Production speed (pcs/min), single shift output, monthly output, annually output, output quantity, accumulative quantity and qualified rate can all be shown on screen
5. Heating system
  • Twist temperature control sensed by thermocouple

6. Safety device

8. Glue spray control and cooperation
  • Reasonable glue spray position reservation, glue tube go through from the hole on the top of machine into back transmission cabinet, then straightly come out from machine board, glue tube can be fixed in transmission cabinet to avoid rubbing with other parts
  • Cooperate with glue applicators, automatically spay and stop when machine is stopped, meanwhile can switch to manually control
  • Supply 0-10V DC tracking signal of glue applicators
  • Adopt with lights at glue spayed position

Note: Glue applicators are excluded in main machine, can be bought by clients or from our company

Store Condition:

Factory-set-up should meet these demands:

1: Without vibration, clean and clear environment, good ventilation, no flammable and explosive and corrosive substances around.
2: Flat concrete ground, concrete number should be at least 300#; ground level difference should be within 15-25mm, so that machine adjustment is more convenient.
3: Ground should have enough bearing capacity. Concrete ground thickness is no less than 200mm. if machine is put on the 2nd floor, concrete floor(reinforced concrete pouring) average bearing capacity is at least 3.5tons/sm. machine is put no more than on the 2nd floor.
4: To keep at least 1 meter distance between the back side of machine (including attached equipment) and the walls.
5: To prevent the accident due to the uneven ground.
6: The inside temperature in the factory is no less than 12-15ºC.

Raw materials store should meet these demands.

1: Tray shelves are needed to put at the bottom of raw materials in case of damp and moisture.
2: Clean and clear environment, sealed and closed, no mosquito, no flammable and explosive and corrosive substances around.
3: To keep normal temp. 15-30 ºC inside the store is ok.
