Main Application:

It is used for sterile powder filling and plugging of vial in the pharmaceutical industry.   

Features:

This is the new type of filling machine, the powder feeding auger is controlled by  servo-motor, the bottle positioning is controlled by servo-motor too, the whole machine design is reasonable, the operation is reliable and stable.

1. Filling and stopper plugging is in different isolated working position, to avoid the small
    particles coming into the bottles.

2. the machine has two times or three times filling functions, especially fit for the  blended
    powder filling.

3. the hopper of the filling machine is made by transparent and non-toxic material,
   so the powder layer height, the fluidity of the powder can be observed clearly.


4. The machine has the function of nitrogen filling, before powder filling, the nitrogen filling can 
     replace the oxygen inside the vial, after powder filling,  the nitrogen filling can reduce the
     remaining oxygen less than<=4%.

5. All the contact parts with medicine powder can be high temperature sterilized,  
    well it is convenient to disassemble and assemble.

6. The machine has the function of unqualified products rejection.
