Advantages for Piston Pump
outer shell material is SUS316L, inner core material is zirconium oxide (ZrO2).
Machine Features
1. The machine is suitable for liquid filling&rubber plugging on glass or plastic syringes,
other types of syringe can be handled as custom made.
2. nozzles are for filling synchronously, plugging can be either by pressing down or screwing-on.
3. Plugging is done parallelly with filling, multi points inspection with optical fiber sensors.
No syringes, no filling, no plgging;
4. Actual working status can be displayed on touch screen with multi languages.
5. Rotary filling pumps are driven by servo motor, precision adjustment can be made on touch screen without any tools. Each pump can be adjustable slightly.

Materials of Machine

The syringe tray will be put onto the shelf of cart which matched with sterilizer,
then put into the sterilizer, the size of shelf can be customized according to
the size of syringe tray.
