Product Description

        QCK Series Vertical Ultrasonic Vial Washing Machine

 

Main Application:

This machine is mainly used for vials washing in pharmaceutical industry.
It also can be used for washing other glass bottles such as ampoules and oral liquid bottles.

Features:

This machine uses vertical rotating drum structure. It adopts mechanical arm to clamp and overturn bottles, and the spray needles will spray air and water to clean the bottles.   

It adopts the principle of ultrasonic washing to clean the vials one by one, spray needles are employed to spray air and water into the bottles three times respectively, using different spray needles to spray cycling water, injection water and compressed air, no cross contamination, no water or air loss,
energy saving, and good washing result. The whole washing procedure can be observed clearly.
The machine is convenient for operation and maintenance. If necessary, silicon oil spray station
can be added.
