Product Description

The high-efficiency coating machine BGB type is a special equipment for film coating of Chinese and Western medicine tablets. The equipment is manufactured in accordance with the "GMP" requirements of the pharmaceutical industry; its entire shell, coating drum (coating pot), hot air blower, spraying device and all parts in contact with drugs are made of stainless steel. The entire process operation is controlled by a microprocessor programmable system and can also be controlled manually. The control system has a variety of application programs and operating status options, and the drum speed, negative pressure in the coating machine pot, and the air volume and air temperature are automatically controlled. The control parameters are fully displayed and have the function of recording and printing the working status. Allcoating operations are carried out in a closed state, without dust flying and spraying liquid splashing. It is a new type of coating equipment that is high-quality, efficient, reliable, clean, energy-saving, easy to operate and meets SOP operations.
