1. Machine Description

KGT-5 filling and capping machine is suitable for liquid filling and capping in pharmaceutical, healthcare, food industry, etc. The machine structure is reasonable, uses
dialing wheel to feed bottle, the bottle is transferred by synchronous belt, and the filling
needle is reciprocating tracking, uses 10 head screw capping, and 10-16 piston pump measuring filling(filling method adopts servo-motor and piston pump,  it has accurate filling volume. It is especially suitable for 30-300ml bottle filling and capping. The working table is covered by stainless steel. The machine driving system is mechanical, the driving is accurate, stable, no air contamination and no error on each mechanism system. the noise is small, the operating is stable, and the output is stable.
The machine has functions of no bottle machine stop, no cap machine stop, screw capping sliding unit, do not hurt cap, product quantity count, alarm display.
