Product Description

GZPK720 series have advantages of high accuracy, speed and high-degree programmed combination of years of experiences on producing high-speed tablet press fulfilled the standardization, modularization serialization of production. The advanced and reasonable design is the foundation of extraordinary quality to meet GMP standard, it can press two layers, annular, round, engraved and irregular tablets in pharmaceutical, food, and chemical industries.


Transparent windows seal the compression chamber closely, when the dust collector works, the compression chamber will be vacuumed in a certain degree, which can prevent cross contamination and reduce noise effectively. Operators can watch the compression work inside clearly and easily.


Double-sided discharge chutes, high productivity. No handwheel with machine, automatic drive by synchronous motor, it can complete realize automatic production. The rejection system can take out the defective tablets automatically through the defective chute.

Separate control cabinet to operate machine, separated production area from operation area to ensure the safety for operator and sanitation for production. Adopts encoder to count, measure and display control is accurate.

Main pressure system, pre-pressure system, filling system, feeding system adopt modular design. Simple structure. These modular parts can be freely adjusted or removed. Non-interference between maintenance are easy. The main pressure and pre-pressure are the same structure which can be interchanged each other. Both main pressure and pre-pressure are all 100kn which make it easier for forming tablets.
The specially designed base for the rollers ensures the accuracy of the tablet height effectively.

Dust collection port: gets rid off the residue material on the die table effectively to keep the die table and the tablets clean accordingly.

Tri-wheeled double layer feeding system. The upper impeller can increase powder flow and balance powder density. The lower impellers are used for feeding and dosing to ensure the uniformity of feeding. Force-feeding device controls the flow of powder and ensures the accuracy of feeding. Feed is easy to be disassembled and platform is easy to be regulated. No dead area in press chamber and easy to be observed and cleaned

Tablet weight difference can be adjusted automatically according to the pre-set limit and defective tablets will be rejected automatically if the difference cannot be fixed, and the machine will stop automatically if the defective tablets are beyond pre-set limit.

Automatic Lubrication pump
