Production Introduction:  

This machine is with touch screen control, medicine adjustment supply system, dynamic dripping system, cooling and collecting system, and circulating cooling system.PLC control is applied, 7.0'' touch screen displays system process and parameter setting. Automatic setting and manually setting can be exchanged freely. The performance of this machine is stable, and the pill is round and smooth, the weight deviation can meet the requirement of pharmacopoeia. Users can choose the No. Of the dripping holes, 20-30 holes is for common dropping pill, and 5-10 holes is for the one above 70mg. When producing the large pill, the size of the pill can be adjusted on line, no need to change dripping head, the weight of the pill also can be adjusted freely. This machine can be used together with centrifuge machine, rotary type screening machine. It is ideal for pilot production.
