Function:
1)The KFZRJ Cream Vacuum Emulsification Machine is professionally designed according to the ointment and cream manufacturing process of cosmetic and ointment products through introducing advanced technology
From Germany. The unit is composed of pre-treating boiler, vacuum emulsifying and blending boiler, vacuum system, hydraulic system, dumping system, electric control system, working platform and etc.
2)The unit is suitable for production of ointment and cream products in cosmetic and pharmaceutical plants. The emulsifying effects is more prominent for materials of high base viscosity and high solid content.
3)The unit is featured by simple operation, stable performance, good homogenizing performance, high production efficiency, convenient cleaning, reasonable structure, small land area, high automatic degree, etc.
4)The machine is provided with upper coaxial triple blender and hydraulic lift
Cover. The rotation speed of fast homogenizing blender is 0-3500r/min (frequency conversion speed adjustment) The homogenizing head adopts high shear eddy current type emulsifying blender and the slow scraping blender automatically clings to the boiler bottom and wall. It adopts vacuum material sucking, and especially for the powder materials, the vacuum sucking can effectively avoid dust. The whole process is carried out under vacuum condition, so as to effectively avoid producing bubbles in the materials after high speed blending and meet the requirements of being sanitary and aseptic. The system is provided with the CIP cleaning system. In the vessel, the parts contacting the materials are made of SUS316L. The interior surface is subjected to mirror polishing 300EMSH treatment. The unit is manufactured is full conformity with GMP requirements. It is currently the ideal production equipment of ointment and cream products.
