Machine Introduction and Application:
It's mainly used for the automatic inspection of visible impurities (suck as glass/ metal scraps, fiber, hair, and white powder or flakes) in injection ampoules and liquid level. It can be also used to inspect visible impurity in vials and oral liquid bottles.
Inspecting procedure:
Products to be inspected→ feed in → photoelectric inspection zone → rotate bottles → stop → take pictures → bottle divided device distinguishes qualified bottles and the rejects according to software instructions → Qualified bottles and the rejects feed out seperately
Main Structure:
1. Rack → bottle-infeed conveying devices → bottle-infeed wheel→rotary tray→ bottle-pressing device → rotary apparatus → cam lift → quick change size parts device → outfeed wheel → qualified products/rejects collection plate.
2. Driving system,servo system → computer software processing system → control system
3. inspection camera → lighting device → light harrier → Light source servo tracking device → image processing system
