1.System principle and application scope

This series of water bath sterilizing cabinet USES high temperature circulating water as sterilizing medium to carry on the water spraying sterilizing operation. The equipment has good temperature uniformity and wide range of temperature control (80~126ºC), which can be widely used for high and low temperature sterilization of glass bottles, ampoule, plastic bottles, plastic soft bags and other liquids in the pharmaceutical industry. At the same time, it is also suitable for high and low temperature sterilization of all kinds of sealed liquid and canned food in food industry.The sterilizing medium runs in a relatively closed circulation system during the whole working process. The heating and cooling control of the system is indirectly affected by the external cold (cooling water) and hot (steam) energy through the energy channel of the plate heat exchanger to the internal circulating water, so as to achieve the heating sterilization and cooling operation of sterilized articles.


2. Working Procedure


Automatic detection (energy and equipment status)  → water injection  → internal circulation of spray water (bottom of cavity → circulation pump → internal circulation channel of plate heat ex-changer → spraying device inside cavity) →Temperature rise (steam in energy channel of plate heat ex-changer) → sterilization (double monitoring of F0 value and temperature and time)
→ cooling (plate heat ex-changer energy channel into cooling water) → drainage → end

3.Main Structure of autoclave
The equipment is horizontal circular structure, the inner tank of the equipment is made of high-quality acid-resistant stainless steel 316L, using high-quality stainless steel flux-cored wire, and using CO2 gas protection, process cooling and a series of advanced welding technology. Overall strengthening, design pressure 0.3Mpa, each equipment has been X-ray inspection, with labor department issued by the complete quality certificate materials, in line with the relevant provisions and requirements of steel pressure vessels. After precise mechanical and chemical treatment, the surface of sterilization chamber is less than 0.8um, beautiful and corrosion-resistant. All internal corner arc transition, no cleaning dead angle.

Door material: 304 stainless steel production, precision polishing of the inner surface.
Switch mode: cylinder drive, left and right translation, to achieve the purpose of locking and relaxing.
Safety interlock: the door is not sealed, the inner room is not allowed to enter steam; The door is not allowed to open due to pressure in the inner room.It fully conforms to the safety interlocking standard of pressure vessels.
Double door interlock: both doors cannot be opened at the same time. (it can be set and opened at the same time in the maintenance management interface)

4. Autoclave Control System
1) computer: industrial control computer real-time system monitoring, sterilization report management, printer sterilization report output. The operating system of the sterilization cabinet is equipped with multi-level management operation password: its functions are sterilization operation, data query, parameter and data modification, and program modification respectively.
2)Controller: Siemens PLC control system.

Working interface

During the whole working process, real-time dynamic screen display of equipment working conditions, pressure, temperature, time, F0 value and other parameters can be displayed and recorded in various forms.

Report management
All kinds of parameters and temperature, pressure, time curve, sterilizing products, work batch number, operator, working date, etc., can be output or saved by printer.


Trouble Alarm
The system has fault alarm, which can collect the energy supply of sterilization cabinet and various data in operation, such as the alarm screen displayed on the touch screen and the computer when the fault occurs, such as the compressed air pressure is too low, the water pump is too hot, the water level is low, the sterilization temperature is low, and record.

Temperature and pressure sensor Settings
Circulating water temperature: dual-core temperature sensor is used for system temperature control and sterilization records respectively.
Inside the cavity: the two-core moving probe sensor ACTS on the system temperature control and recording respectively.
Pressure transmitter: control and record are set separately.


5. Sterilizer piping system
Plate heat ex-changer - 316 plates, good interchangeability

Circulation pump: special hot water circulation pump, 304 stainless steel pump head, compact
structure, low noise.

Spray device: using special spray system, large flow, wide Angle, high temperature circulating water can be sprayed to every corner of sterilized articles and cavity very evenly, without any blocking and retention phenomenon, no dead Angle less than spraying, thus effectively ensuring the uniformity of temperature.

Control valve: ASCO high temperature resistant (180ºC) corner seat pneumatic valve, 316 stainless steel body, this valve is self-regulating bi-directional seal, large flow, and can achieve remote central pneumatic control.
