1. Application
 
It can be used for packing the green tea, black tea, flower tea, Chinese tea, health tea, herbal tea and granules, and with triangle type (pyramid type) package. 
 

2. Characteristics
 
(1)Through ultrasonic sealing and cutting off, it can produce the 
beautiful triangle(pyramid tea bag). 
 
(2)All the contact parts with machine is made of SUS304, 
and let the food package more health.  
 
(3)The packing materials are with string and tag, 
it can make the triangle (pyramid) tea bag with string and tag.  
 
(4)With automatic quantitative measurement methods, 
it is easy to change the packing materials.  
 
(5) The packing capacity of low speed machine is 2000-3000 bags per minute, 
the packing capacity of high speed machine is 4800-6000 bags per minute. 
 
(6) It can choose the electrical scale, oscillator or sliding measuring cup for measurement according to the shape of tea from customers. 
 
(7) It is only need to change the production of triangular cone bag and particle flat bag through change-over on touch screen. 
 
(8) No need to shut down, it can use air pressure reducing valve to adjust the ultrasonic pressure. 
 
(9) The pneumatic components are used as SMC from Japan, 
the electrical components are used as Schneider from France. 
 
(10) It adopts PLC of Siemens from Germany, touch screen control, with more stable performance, simple operation and more humanization.
