1. Applications
It's mainly used for the automatic inspection of the visible impurity (such as glass or metal scraps, fiber, hair, and white powder or flakes) in ampoule injection and the liquid level. It can be also used for the visible impurity in vials and oral liquid bottles.
2. Principle
Use mechanical visual principle to take an identification inspection on the visible impurity. The product is held stopped to a standstill while it rotates at a high speed. At that moment, an industrial camera takes a series of pictures continuously on it. These pictures are analyzed and compared by a compute system to judge whether the inspected product is qualified, meanwhile divide them automatically into the qualified and the rejects.
3. Inspecting procedure:
Products to be inspected → feed in → enter the photoelectric inspection zone → rotate the bottle → stop → take pictures → the bottles dividing device distinguishes the qualified bottles and the rejects according to the software instruction → the qualified bottles and the rejects feed out separately

Detection range:
Inspection of glass fragments, through the background light settings, in relatively large
particles such as glass fragments, bright spots will be formed under the hall effect of light.
Inspection is realized after comparison between various photos taken.
Inspection of clarity: Through the side light setting, various photos of white spots and other reflective objects are taken for comparison and inspection.
Inspection of liquid level and appearance: Through the back light setting, inspection of liquid level, empty bottle, wire drawing and other defects is carried out.
Inspection of black heads: Through the back light, inspection of black heads at the bottle feeding pushing disc is carried out.
Re-inspection: Through the background light setting, re-inspection of small impurities is carried out to reduce the omission ratio.
